What didn't we do this month?! Todd and I got back from an amazing vacation together in California. It was only two days but much needed and I think we really took full advantage of being away. We went to a beautiful wedding, got some pool time in, visited Venice beach, quick tour of LA and Hollywood, hung out with good friends, and tried really hard to sleep in.
We also flew to DC with the triplets!!!!!! And we survived!!!! Todd flew out with us and then flew on to Chicago for business a couple days later. He was there for a week then flew back and met us in the cove. Luckily Jeane drove up and helped out at the Cove. It was so much fun but very exhausting. I can only imagine how much fun they'll have there in the years to come. They loved the pool, tasting crab for the first time, hanging out with Jeane, and all the new places to explore. I can't wait to go next year!

When we got to VA my mom had a 'sip and see' for the triplets. It was quite the proper southern affair and so fun to have all her friends that have been praying for them for so long to actually get to meet them. There were also multiple multiples!

| I don't think I've held all three together since they were 4 mo! |

These kids are amazing and growing like crazy. Evi wasn't that strong of a walker but one day she woke up and was walking around like she's been doing it forever. It makes you realize how fast all this growing up stuff is going. They say lots of words; or things that sound like the words we think they are saying. The boys new favorite thing to do is to say 'no' ALOT. It's not that we are constantly telling them no....I promise! They just walk around saying no no no no. It's funny though when you ask them a question like, 'Can I have a kiss?' or 'Wanna go night night?' and they say 'no' or 'no no no no'. There was one time where I tried to reason with Max as he kept standing on his new kids chair. Every time he did it I would say no and put him on his bottom. It became a game and he would quickly stand up immediately and say 'no'. oops. I think that's where this all might have started and I learned not to reason with a 14 month old.

Here's a new one: I just went up to check on them during their nap since Connor has been talking the whole time and we accidentally put a stuffed animal in front of the video monitor. Connor was walking back and forth on his bed talking and something was different but I couldn't put my finger on it. I moved a stuffed animal to get his paci for him and found his diaper! That's what was different! He had no pants on! He had taken off his diaper and peed through the slats in the crib onto the rug. Awesome. I hope this isn't his 'new nap time thing'. O my, for the sake of forever embarrassing sweet Evelyn I'll refrain from posting the story of what happened with her right after Connor's little incident. o, sweet sweet Evelyn.
Some stats....
Teeth:
Evi has 6 teeth. 4 up top and 2 below. She's definitely teething so there might be more when she wakes up from her nap.
Connor has 4, barely. He has 2 on bottom and 1 and a tiny bit is poking through up top. He's also teething and I think in the most pain.
Max has has 6 as well. 4 up top and 2 below. Again he's teething too!
Favorite foods:
Evi: loves peas and any fruit
Max: loves pancakes still and beans
Connor: pretty much anything
words:
Connor: no, ball,
Max: no, ball,
Evi: yes, this, shoes, juice, eat, more, book

| LIAM!!! Right before his surgery. |
Liam's surgery was postponed so we were all back in CO for it and mom got to fly out with us on the way back; which was very helpful! He's home now, still on oxygen, but doing great. He's such a strong little guy and we love him so very much!!
