3 months (7 weeks adjusted)

There are a lot of little new things the triplets are doing these days. They're sucking on their hands a lot, holding on to toys, drooling, cooing/babbling, and making spit bubbles. It doesn't sound like a lot but these are big differences. It seems like every day they get bigger, more alert and stronger. It's so much fun finding these new little developments! They have two major "tricks" right now that we take every opportunity to show off. First they can put weight on their feet so with help from mom and dad they practice standing and look like miniature little people. Secondly, they mimic us when we stick out our tongue. All three of them do it and it is quite possibly the cutest thing I've ever seen. They stare at you and then think really really really hard before they figure it out and once they do they get so proud of themselves and give a great big smile. It's awesome!

Connor is the most talkative. He's perfectly content just sitting there chatting gibberish to himself.

Max is a very chill baby. He's the last to cry, the first to sleep, and happy no matter where you put him.

Evi is definitely the boss. She still has the loudest cry and she means business when she's upset.

They've had a busy month. More family was in town. Their Great Grandparents came down from Montana and spent a couple days with them!!! They met their great aunt Kathy, their 2nd cousins Melissa, Amber, and Brianna. Grandpa Bob came to town for a while and my mom came back for a couple weeks.

My mom and I took the kids out on lots of adventures. We drove 45 minutes away and went shopping at the outlets and fed them in the food court! I'm sure we were quite the sight to see! Then we started leaving one or two with Meagan (a wonderful helper who comes for two feedings a day, Monday through Thursday...Thanks Bob and Erin!) and it was much more manageable. We went to bookstores, out to eat, BBQ's, and Target...of course.  It's so great to get out and not feel like I'm locked up in the house too. We also went to Todd's office to meet all the incredidably nice people who threw that huge baby shower for us. They were perfect angels and everyone oooed and awed over them. They  also went to 2 photo shoots. I hope they don't get caught up in all their fame. It's funny when you have triplets cause every photographer you know wants to take pictures for free to add to their portfolio. So, how can we say no to more pictures of these guys?

Their first play date! That's Eliana who was born 1 day earlier (at full term)

Where is all this red hair coming from???
Their first BBQ!

This just shows how hard it is to get a good picture of 3 month old triplets
We also had our first sickness. They all collectively came down with a cold. Nothing too serious just congestion, lack of appitite, and major fussiness! It only lasted a couple days but mom and dad got it worse and it lasted with us a little longer. Having a cold as an adult with lack of sleep and the responsibility of taking care of THREE little ones IS. NOT. FUN.
